By purchasing or participating in coaching services through 5D Mission, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Nature of Coaching
Coaching services are provided for:
- Personal development
- Reflection
- Spiritual insight
- Intuitive guidance
Coaching is not:
- Therapy
- Counseling
- Medical, psychological, or legal advice
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
- Coaching does not guarantee specific results
- You may stop participation at any time
Audio Recordings
Some coaching services involve audio recordings exchanged between you and the coach.
- You retain ownership of your recordings
- You grant 5D Mission permission to access and respond to recordings solely for service delivery
- Recordings are stored securely and deleted after one (1) month
Confidentiality
All coaching communications and files are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties.
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in coaching services, including emotional or personal responses.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:
- 5D Mission is not liable for outcomes resulting from coaching
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
No Recording Redistribution
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publish coaching responses without written consent.
Age Requirement
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
