a. Audio & File Uploads

- Files are uploaded directly to secure Amazon S3 storage
- Files are encrypted at rest
- Files are accessible only to:
- 5D Mission
- The assigned life coach
- You (the client)
b. File Retention
- Uploaded audio and files are retained for one (1) month
- Files are permanently deleted after this period unless otherwise required for service fulfillment or legal compliance
c. Confidentiality
All coaching-related audio and files are treated as confidential and are never shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
6. Email Communications
We use MailPoet for newsletters and communications.
- Marketing emails require explicit opt-in
- You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email
Transactional emails (order confirmations, service communications) may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
