Physical Products (Photography & Handmade Items)

Due to the custom, artistic, and handcrafted nature of our products:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • To request a replacement or refund, contact us with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damage

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.


Coaching Services

Coaching services are non-refundable once:

  • The session has begun, or
  • Audio recordings have been delivered

Missed sessions, unused services, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
