We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors, sizes, and details may vary due to display differences or handcrafted nature.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
c. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
d. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product descriptions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Refunds & Returns
Physical Products
Refunds or returns may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of photography prints and handmade items, some sales may be final unless items arrive damaged or defective.
Digital & Coaching Services
- Coaching services and digital content are non-refundable once delivered
- Missed coaching sessions or unused services are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
6. Coaching Services Disclaimer
Coaching services are provided for personal growth, reflection, and guidance only.
- Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
- You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes
- We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes
7. Audio Files & User Content
a. Ownership
You retain ownership of any audio recordings or files you upload.
b. License to Use
By uploading content, you grant 5D Mission a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, and use the content solely for the purpose of providing coaching services.
c. Confidentiality
Uploaded audio and files are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
d. Retention
Audio files are retained for one (1) month, after which they are permanently deleted unless otherwise required for service fulfillment or legal compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital materials—is the intellectual property of 5D Mission unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
- Use content for commercial purposes without authorization
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.
